Halo

The next morning, Pamela woke up with a great feeling.

She felt it would be good to contribute to the Sunset Valley Police fund.

Janelle, however, spent her time surfing Yourspace.

The good feeling followed Pamela to work, encouraging her hope for a promotion. Her boss convened a meeting, stating the employees needed a little boost and recommended they read a book by a booming new author. Immediately after work, Pamela started reading and her boss saw her. Maybe this was her big promotion? but her boss smiled to herself and walked away.

Pamela continued reading after she got home. Then Janelle came home and was also assigned a book; albeit a cookbook.

When she finished, Janelle made some mac ‘n cheese for everyone. Pamela preferred to eat her leftover Autumn Salad, as did Scarlet.

Scarlet did her homework and headed to bed early. Unfortunately she wasn’t very pleased with the extremely small closet she had to sleep in. It didn’t even have a door, and the bed, ugh!

Janelle saw how unhappy Scarlet was and made up her mind to use her paycheck tomorrow to buy something to personalize her room a little.

A/N: Whoa sorry guys, I’ve been a little overwhelmed by household chores and whatnot. Luckily I managed to get our mouldy laundry done! I’d also like to tell you that I’m an authorized DirecTV contractor now. Whoo, I sell people satellite dish service! /half-hearted
