Right & Wrong

Promotion September 26, 2009

For the first time in a while, the three girls had breakfast together. Janelle never gets a chance to start eating with them because she always cooks for them. Unfortunately nobody remembered to pick up the dishes from the night before, so flies were everywhere.

Apart from swatting the flies away, there wasn’t much achieved at this breakfast and the time came for every to continue their duties. The bus came for Scarlet and the car pool for Pamela. No one thanked Janelle for the waffles, but she didn’t mind. The first one home was Pam, who had indeed gotten her promotion. She was a secretary now.

When Scarlet got home from a friends house, she was exhausted and immediately went to her tiny closet and found it was decorated a bit with a poster of a movie she wanted to see, and some art. She was also surprised to find a new bed with new sheets.

There was no note, so Scarlet asked Pamela, who wasn’t even aware of it. Janelle was in bed already, so she would have to thank her later. Whilst everyone was taking a nap, Pam watched a drama on TV by herself.

Scarlet and Jan had slept through to the next morning. Scarlet seemed to be having trouble with her homework, so Jan decided to help her out, although it stumped her too.
